Return and Refund Policy

  • Customers must verify delivered items against the invoice immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies, damages, or faults must be reported at the time of delivery. Once the items have been accepted and the delivery verified against the bill, GharKiDukaan will not be liable for any subsequent defects or claims.
  • No returns or replacements will be accepted for any items under any circumstances, other than issues identified at the time of delivery verification.
  • If you place an order and cancel or refuse it at the time of delivery, a ₹50 cancellation charge will be applicable.
